小麦线条花叶病毒是世界广泛分布的为害小麦、玉米等大宗粮谷的病毒,给粮谷产业带来严重经济损失,是我国重要检疫性有害生物。本研究以该病毒的基础生物学数据和国内外分布数据为基础,利用CLIMEX和MaxEnt模型分别预测其在中国潜在适生区。两种预测结果均表明其在我国适生范围非常广泛,高风险区在我国中部地区,根据预测结果,提出了防控该病毒的管理措施建议。
Abstract:Wheat streak mosaic virus(WSMV)(Potyviridae:Tritimovirus) is a worldwide virus that harms wheat,corn and other staple grains,which result in significant economic loss. It is an important quarantine pest in China. This paper analyzed the potential geographical distribution of WSMV by CLIMEX and MaxEnt models,based on its biological characteristics and current geographical distribution. The results show that WSMV has a very wide suitable range in China. High risk areas is in central part of China. Suggestions on prevention and control of WSMV were discussed.
