红火蚁入侵广东省已17年，本文介绍了广东省红火蚁的发生面积、传播途径及分布区域，分析了红火蚁防控存在的问题。提出了“统一思想，提高认识；政府主导，属地负责；部门协同，落实任务；植物检疫，监管执法；科学防控，确保实效；科学指导，宣传培训。”的防控对策，以期对广东及其他省份红火蚁疫情防控提供参考。
Abstract：The red imported fire ant(Solenopsis invicta Buren)(RIFA) had invaded Guangdong Province for 17 years. In this paper,the present occurrence situation,transmission pathway and distribution area of RIFA in Guangdong Province were introduced,and the main problems of prevention and control were also analyzed. In order to effectively control RIFA,it was proposed to "unify thought and improve understanding;implement government leading and administration responsibility;cooperate with departments and allocate tasks;enforce plant quarantine and regulations;control scientifically to ensure effectiveness;provide scientific guidance and public training." It was hoped that these measures can provide reference for the prevention and control of RIFA in Guangdong and other provinces.
