松材线虫因其致病力强、危害大、治理难而成为多个国家的进境植物检疫性有害生物。多年来,斧劈、锯切一直是制备检疫用木质薄片样品的常规手段,效率低、操作性差。基于此本研究研制了一套用于松材线虫检疫的木质包装薄片样品制备机,并介绍其结构和工作原理。该样品制备机可制备厚度为0.82~3.09 mm的木质薄片样品,制备效率达到60片/min,可满足目前一线口岸实验室木质包装松材线虫检疫制样要求。
Abstract:Pine wood nematode(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus),known for its strong pathogenicity,severe damage,and difficulty in control,has been listed as a quarantine pest in many countries. For years,conventional methods such as axe-splitting and saw-cutting have been used to prepare wood slice samples for quarantine purposes,but they suffer from low efficiency and poor operability. To address these issues,this study developed a wooden packaging slices sample preparation machine specifically for pine wood nematode quarantine,detailing its structure and working principles. The machine can produce wood slices with a thickness ranging from 0.82 to 3.09 mm at an efficiency of 60 slices per minute,meeting the sample preparation requirements for pine wood nematode quarantine in frontline port laboratories.
