为了深入探讨橘小实蝇(Bactrocera dorsalis)成虫在性成熟前后对营养物质及食物来源的需求差异,本研究分析其在不同发育阶段的取食偏好,以期为高效食诱剂的开发提供理论依据。采用毛细玻璃管测定法(CAFE)比较橘小实蝇雌雄成虫在性成熟前后对碳源和氮源的取食量;利用食用亮蓝染色法评估其对14种果蔬及6种肠道细菌的取食偏好。结果表明,性成熟后橘小实蝇雌雄成虫对氮源的取食量相较于性成熟前明显下降;橘小实蝇雌雄成虫对碳源的取食量在性成熟前后均没有显著差异。在果蔬选择偏好上,性成熟前橘小实蝇对冰糖梨和莲雾的取食量显著高于对照组,性成熟后橘小实蝇对南非柑和莲雾的取食量显著高于对照组。肠道细菌选择偏好结果显示,性成熟前橘小实蝇对EH的取食量较高,性成熟后橘小实蝇对CF的取食量较高。综上,橘小实蝇性成熟前后在氮源需求、果蔬选择和细菌选择上均存在显著差异。上述结果为筛选具有引诱活性的食源成分、研发高效食诱剂提供了新方向。
Abstract:In order to further explore the differences in nutrient and food source needs of adult Bactrocera dorsalis before and after sexual maturity,this study analyzed their feeding preferences at different developmental stages,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of highly effective food attractants. CAFE assay was used to compare the food intake of carbon and nitrogen sources by male and female adults of Bactrocera dorsalis. The feeding preferences of 14 kinds of fruits and vegetables and 6 kinds of intestinal bacteria were evaluated by Brilliant Blue FCF method. The results showed that the feeding amount of nitrogen sources by male and female adults of Bactrocera dorsalis decreased significantly after sexual maturity compared with that before sexual maturity. There was no significant difference in the feeding amount of male and female adults of Bactrocera dorsalis to the carbon source before and after sexual maturity. In terms of fruit and vegetable selection preferences,the feeding intake of Pyrus and Syzygium samarangense before sexual maturity was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the feeding amount of Citrus reticulata and Syzygium samarangense after sexual maturity was significantly higher than that of the control group. The results of intestinal bacterial selection preference showed that the feeding amount of EH was higher in Bactrocera dorsalis before sexual maturity,while the feeding amount of CF was higher after sexual maturity. In conclusion,there were significant differences in nitrogen source demand,fruit and vegetable selection,and bacterial selection before and after sexual maturity. The above results provide a new direction for screening food source ingredients with attracting activity and developing high-efficiency food attractants.
