辽宁检验检疫局从智利进口的蓝莓中分离到一株真菌,通过菌落、分生孢子形态特征比较,多基因系统发育分析,并通过柯赫氏法则验证,确定该菌株为蓝莓茎溃疡病菌(Diaporthe australafricana),该病菌为我国首次截获。
Abstract:A fungal stain was isolated from an infected blueberry imported from Chile in laboratory of Liaoning Exit-Entry Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.By morphological comparison,analysis of multi-gene phylogeny and Koch's rule,this isolate was identified as Diaporthe australafricana. And this is the first interception of D. australafricana from Chile blueberry in China.
