黄斑星天牛热空气处理技术研究初报

摘要:

通过热空气、木材和锯末等 3种不同传热介质对黄斑星天牛 (Anoplophoranobilis)幼虫在不同温度条件下的热处理试验发现 ,热空气温度为 55℃ ,相对湿度为 30 %左右 ,经过80min即可全部杀死天牛幼虫 ;木材作为传热介质 ,在 55℃情况下经过 35min可完全杀死天牛幼虫 ;锯末作为传热介质 ,55℃ 2 5min、6 0℃ 2 5min、6 5℃ 1 0min和 70℃ 5min均可以杀死天牛幼虫 ;自然感染黄斑星天牛、芳香木蠹蛾东方亚种和杨干透翅蛾 ,规格为 1 0cm× 1 0cm× 32cm的木段 ,当加热使中心温度达到 55℃后 ,幼虫和蛹全部死亡。

Abstract:

When the larvae of Anoplopora nobilis were put into three kinds of medium, which were air, sawdust and poplar wood, and heated by hot air to different temperatures, the mortality results showed that all larvae in different mediums totally died in the treatments of temperature and duration as following: in air, at 55℃ and 30%RH for 80mins; in wood, at 55℃ for 35mins; in sawdust, at 55℃ for 25mins, at 60℃ for 25mins, at 65℃ for 10mins and at 70℃ for 5mins respectively In confirmation tests, 32cm×10cm×10cm naturally infested poplar woods were used When the woods were heated and the core temperature were raised to 55℃, all the larvae and/or pupae of Anoplopora nobilis, Cossus cossus orientalis and Sphecia siningesis in the wood were completely killed
