及时、准确地识别外来种是防控生物入侵重要的一环。口岸截获的植物残体形态特征通常不完整,难以准确鉴定,需通过分子生物学特征辅助鉴定。本文通过形态学和ITS序列分析比较研究,首次从澳大利亚燕麦携带的植物残体样品中鉴定出具翼补血草[Limonium lobatum (L.f.) Chaz.]。具翼补血草原产地中海地区,通过果实、种子、繁殖枝借助人类活动传播扩散,在一定环境中能形成入侵,部分国家、地区将其列为官方管制杂草。本文为防控外来植物入侵风险,对补血草属植物残体分类鉴定提供依据。
Abstract:Timely and accurate identification of alien species is an important part of prevention and control of biological invasion. Intercepted plant residues have incomplete morphological characteristics and difficult to be accurately identified,which need to be evidenced by molecular features. In this paper,Limonium lobatum(L.f.) Chaz. was identified for the first time from plant residues brought by Australian oat by morphological and ITS sequence analysis. L. lobatum is native to the Mediterranean region. It spreads through fruit,seed and propagation branch with the help of human activities,and can form invasion in certain environments. Some countries and regions list it as a regulated weed. In order to prevent and control the risk of alien plant invasion,this study provided a basis for the identification of the plant residues of Limonium.
